An Iranian girl escapes to American as a child, but her father stays behind. Over twenty years the young girl finds success, meeting with her father only four times. Meanwhile, the strong tide of refugees flowing into Europe leaves the girl torn between wanting to help and looking for a lost sense of home. Will her immersion in the lives of these new refugees allow her the grace to find her father?
