What are the parallels between an art academy and a zoo? In collaboration with the Nuremberg Zoo, the sculpture class of Prof. Michael Sailstorfer designs the exhibition Rroooaaarr!. The students of the Nuremberg Academy of Fine Arts populate several animal enclosures with temporary interventions or permanent sculptures, which enter into an artistic dialogue with the animals living there. As a result, students have the opportunity to try out artistic approaches in public space and to think ahead.
